Wainfleet Fall Fair

The Wainfleet Fall Fair is an annual event taking place the third weekend in September. The fair offers an entire weekend of celebrations with contests for young and old alike, capturing the essence of the rural community Wainfleet. Come see a cattle show, horse pull, pet show, pumpkin carving contest, corn eating contest, baby show, Wainfleet Idol Contest, Iron Farmer Contest, Rock Climbing Wall and inflatables as well as prizes for everything from squash to knitting.

Important product recall information - Kidde dual-sensor

On March 21, 2018, Kidde, Health Canada and the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission jointly issued a recall of two models of Kidde dual-sensor smoke alarms manufactured between September 10, 2016 and October 13, 2017.  For full details as published in the Fire Marshal's Communiqué please click here.
