NPCA Public Advisory Committee Recruitment
The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) is now recruiting members to fill all the representative seats on its multi-sector Public Advisory Committee (PAC) for 2023-2026 term.
If you are interested in gaining experience, providing advice on local environmental/watershed matters of community interest, and being part of a multi-stakeholder committee, please submit an application to join the NPCA PAC!
Since 2014, the PAC provides collaborative, local sector-based perspectives on specific projects/programs and/or other conservation authority matters, as determined by the NPCA Board of Directors or its staff. The voluntary group of PAC members comprised of citizen representatives from various watershed sectors (e.g., agricultural, business, environmental groups, etc.) is instrumental in providing valuable input to the NPCA. Refer to the Terms of Reference for more information about the committee, its role, meeting frequency, etc.
Visit the NPCA website for more information and to submit an application by March 26, 2023 (12 PM). For specific inquiries, contact Kerry Royer, Community Outreach & Engagement Specialist by email or by phone 905-788-3135.
