Notice of Road Closure - Boyle Road

Boyle Road will be closed between River Road and East Chippawa Road for Bridge Rehabilitaion. It will be open to local traffic and emergency services from the South from River Road to 82620 Boyle Road and from the north from East Chippawa Road to 505 Boyle Road. It will be completely closed at the bridge.
UPDATE: Please note there will be a one week DELAY to the start of the project. The road will not close on May 8 as originally communicated.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is currently responding to cases of H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in farmed birds across Canada. This serves as a strong reminder that avian influenza is spreading across the globe, and that anyone with farm animals must practice good biosecurity habits.
HPAI is not known to be a food safety concern. There is no evidence to suggest that eating cooked poultry or eggs could transmit HPAI to humans.

Following the 2022 Municipal and School Board Elections, the new 2022-2026 Township Council wwa sworn in at its Inaugural Meeting, held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
