Following the Province of Ontario's declaration of a second State of Emergency on January 12, 2021; effective Thursday, January 14 at 12:01 a.m., Ontario has implemented a province-wide stay-at-home order.  For more information, view the Township's Press Release on the matter.

Proposed Amendment to the Township of Wainfleet Fees & Charges By-law and Intention to Establish Building Fees

In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992 Section 7; the Council of the Township of Wainfleet hereby gives notice that it intends to consider and approve new general fees and charges, including building fees and charges, for 2023 and to pass an associated by-law.
