The Township of Wainfleet offers a Property Information Request service. This is often a requirement before a property transfer can take place and is typically requested as a result of a possible sale or refinancing of a property or building.
To submit a request, please complete the Property Information Request Form and email the completed form to propertyinfo@wainfleet.ca or you can submit it online here.
You can make online credit card payments through Paymentus, a third-party automated payment service that accepts Visa or MasterCard. Please note that you will be charged a 2.5% service fee by Paymentus.
Requests will be completed within 10 business days and the individual departments will respond directly to each request. Unless requested otherwise, responses will be emailed. Applicable fees and payment options are listed on the form. Please use one form for each property request.
