In support of our commitment to accountability and transparency, The Township will post all correspondence items addressed to Council here weekly. The Council Correspondence Policy provides guidance to ensure that communications relayed to Council are consistent and respectful.
All correspondence addressed to Council should be legibly written or printed and shall not contain any offensive words or unparliamentary language, and shall be signed and dated by at least one person, filed with the Clerk, and shall include an address, telephone number and/or email address where return correspondence or contact may be directed. Every communication, written or otherwise, addressed to Council, shall be deemed to be a communication in the public domain.
