The Property Standards Committee adjudicates any appeals of property standards orders as per Section 5.5 of the Township's Property Standards By-law. Council appoints the committee members who serve for the four-year term of Council. Members must be residents of The Township of Wainfleet. This Committee meets on an as-needed basis.
