Parking

Township By-law 10-2018 regulates parking for the safety of our residents and visitors and can be viewed on our Common By-laws page. We monitor parking infractions through patrols and on a complaint basis. You can use the Contact Us form on this page to send us an email with your parking concerns. After hours concerns should also be brought to the attention of the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-735-7811.

Permits are available to Wainfleet residents for use in designated areas on the west side of Brawn Road and the north side of Lakeshore Road.

Online Payments

You can pay your penalty online. Be advised that a 2.5% user fee will be charged.

Please note that if your payment is made beyond fifteen days from the Penalty Notice being issued, there is a $25.00 late fee added . The Township cannot accept partial payments.

Please use the Penalty Notice number for the account number (starting with the letter followed by the four-digit number - do not include the "-" in the ticket).
