The Township of Wainfleet hereby gives all residents within the Township boundaries notice under the authority of the Province of Ontario’s Weed Control Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter W.5., and that all property owners, owning ten (10) acres or less must destroy ALL noxious weeds by June 5, 2026 and throughout the season.
