Development Charges are collected to help pay the cost of infrastructure required to provide municipal services for new development such as roads, fire protection, indoor and outdoor recreation services, library and administrative services.
Development Charges are adjusted each year for inflation. As a result, the updated rates below will take effect on January 1, 2026.
