TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Township of Wainfleet proposes to pass a by-law at an upcoming Council meeting on January 20, 2026 to authorize the partial closure and sale of a Road Allowance (approx. 3,390 sq. metres or 0.8 acres) known as part of Bessey Road, legally described as Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 3 & 4, Concession 1 Wainfleet. The subject road allowance contains a historical encroachment of a retaining wall from a neighbouring property.
