TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Township of Wainfleet proposes to pass a by-law at an upcoming Council meeting on September 10, 2024, to authorize the partial closure and sale of a Road Allowance (approx. 901 sq. metres or 0.223 acres) known as part of Moore Road North, legally described as Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 13 & 14 and Part of Lot 13, Concession 1 Wainfleet.
