The Planning Department has initiated a zoning by-law amendment process to increase the permitted lot coverage for a single detached dwelling in the Residential - R1 zone under Zoning By-law 581-78 and in the Residential Hamlet - RH zone under Zoning By-law 034-2014 from 7% to 10%. The proposed amendment applies to all lands within the Township within a Residential - R1 or Residential Hamlet - RH zone and as such a key map has not been provided.
