Staff have prepared Community & Development Staff Report CDS-003/2022 which will be considered by Council at their regular meeting on June 21, 2022. Community & Development Staff Report CDS-003/2022 reviews the framework for Planning Act regulation and provides options for Council's considerations with respect to Short Term Rentals.
